Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange pickup directly from your address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and business reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personal care and beauty products
Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Perishable goods

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After approval, our delivery partner will collect the original item from your address. Once the returned item passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the order was paid.
