Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at habibitrendzpk@gmail.com or through our official social media pages. After approval, our delivery rider will collect the parcel directly from your address.

Please note that returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, our rider will collect the original item from your address.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used for the order.
